I had an overall fantastic time at Universal's Hard Rock Hotel. The location is a massive plus, being just a short walk or a quick boat ride to Universal Studios. The pool area was nice, and I loved the vibe of the place, but I did run into some hiccups with room service and a few outdated features in the room.
